This is a consolidated appeal from judgments arising out of an auto accident. The trial court granted a motion for summary judgment in favor of defendant Safeco (plaintiffs underinsured motorist insurance carrier). The jury returned a verdict in favor of plaintiff Krenski and against defendant Aubuchon. We reverse and remand the summary judgment and affirm the trial courts judgment on the jury verdict.
